Nonton is an Android app developed by PT Web Stream Indonesia (Perkantoran Buncit Mas Blok BB-1 Jl. Mampang Prapatan No. 108 Jakarta Selatan).

Nonton first became available on 17 May 2017. It is estimated that Nonton has been downloaded between 500000 and 1000000 times from the Play Store.

Nonton 2.5.1 requires the following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
